Serbian foerign minister is ridiculous.AFTER KILLING 12,000 INNOCENT ALBANIANS-CHILDREN,-MEN ,WOMEN,OLD CITIZEN--he now says : we 'll allow them to govern them self-he forget that if u commit genocide against a population,u lose the right to govern anymore that population.This is a fundamental principle in a democracy and SERBIA SHOULD PAY REPARATIONS TO KOSOVA FOR ALL THE CRIMES AND THE BURNING DOWN OF THE KOSOVAR HOMES-this serbian minister needs to go back again to college.

How come he address the people of Kosova as "them", you see, that is the major problem with Serbia, and the reason to all the wars they have caused. How about you treat all your citizens as equals, with equal rights. Jeremic proves once again how the Serbian mentality/goverment works by addressing the people of Kosova as "them" but at the same time wants Kosova as part of Serbia. Yes his English might be OK but saying he is a very smart man, I don't think so.
