  • He is so lame.

A trained in martial arts 18 year old could do better.

  • 5:22 are these the eyes from THE LAST NINJA *Commodore C64..

  • Look at Sho's jump clean off the ground when he punches all 4 guys at the sametime. That is a very high jump he does right off the ground and jumps well over the head of the guys.

  • now that was just straight up funny and cool at the same time

  • They dont make movies like this anymore, this was really a hype during the 80's.

  • good combo against the red indian guy :)

  • Major Blooper at 2:16 when Sho jumps on the van, the indian is shown in the passenger's seat. cut to an inside view of the van as Sho lands on it, the indian is now in the driver's seat.

  • bad ass movie. none of that choreographed bullshit like todays movies have. that was for real ass kicking moves right there.

  • In reply to any asshole even posting that this stuff sucks.man if yah werent born in the fucking eighties.OBVIOUSLY IT SUCKS..i mean really if they made a ninja movie with the resources they have now(and i dont mean that horrible joke of a ninja assassin movie either) it would own.its unfortunate people dont understand the darkness of this art and how it is portrayed. It is unfortunate that the shit commercialisation of martial arts has totally destroyed any respect it used to have in movies..

  • Favorate moment of the whole movie @ 1.56 and into the chase! :)

  • Yeah, that's right. Beat the shit outta those damn rednecks.

  • Hey,where's ninja?He doesn't wear a headband with the ninja word written on it )) It's a fake ninja.

  • Sho Kosugi looks like a bear. lol

  • this is pray for death

  • @neukworst

    No, it isn't.

  • 4:02 - Barrel FAIL

  • Ah come on!!! SMACK LOL!

  • Wow, an actual fight scene without Matrix Effects?

  • i remember going to see this with my dad at the drive-in when i was only 5 years old. great memories. and to this date, still one of my favorite movies.

  • Great childhood nostalgia. Sho Kosugi was my hero in the 80s. I watched Enter the Ninja and Revenge of the Ninja numerous times.

  • I remember watching this shit as a kid. Yo this guy went maaad hard in this scene. Hangin off the back of vans, getting dragged and shit (lol). Classic shit right here !

  • やっぱショウコスギは最高です

  • LOL

  • 2:25 - oops.

  • 3:03 "Holy shit!" LOL!!!

  • long live the 80's!

  • I bet they never use that 68 dodge van with the cargo rails on the roof in their future robberies.

  • I bet you these guys never robbed anyone else!

  • lol yeah..

  • Sho kosugi has a new movie coming out in november 09 Ninja Assasin ,go check it out.

  • I need some more drum beat (punches) please... [0:34]

  • If you throw a full trash bag filled w/aluminum cans at a Ninja, he drops flat on his face. But if you were to throw it at a homeless person in Downtown Los Angeles, his ass would've turned around and caught it with a quickness and run with it along with him doing some back flips to the nearest recylcing lot!

  • Not to mention, but the best villian was the guy that throws the trash bag at the Ninja shop keeper.. [0:14] " Ha-vah-ka-vah-ka-vah-ka-vah-ka-va-ka-vah... Aye-yah-yah-yah!!!!!" hahahahaha!!!!

  • lmao me and my friend used to rewind the hell out of that part crackin up. mad funny how he's just being a cheerleader for the rest of the crew, LOL

  • Nothing beats the NiNja movies of the

80's! LoL!!! I grew up watching this along w/ American Ninja... Now I cant help but laugh at the little things that I use to trip out on!

  • Yeaa ur not lying bout that! i'd rather watch pray for death or revenge of the ninja over and over again than some of these dumb ninja movies they make nowadays. I rememer in ninja III: domination when that dude took out all the cops on the golf course with smoke bombs, shuriken, blowguns, and the up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, b, a, start konami code cause they COULD NOOOT kill that fuker if their lives depended on it!!! LMAO

  • Yeaaaa aluminum cans are kryptonite to ninja, lolol

  • lol. i was just watching this movie yestaerday. awsome flick awsome!

  • Tonto couldn't get the groin stab in

  • Did anyone know that Sho Kosugi son plays Ryu Hayabusa in the DOA movie!? WHOA DUDE!

  • really

  • and Sho himself did the motion capture for Rikimaru in the Tenchu series. Bangin'!

  • Whoa that's new to me!

  • and his japanese voice

  • yep kane.....go watch Kanes Muscle Heat (blood heat int he US) it's freakin awesome

  • I remember watching this movie when i was like 5 y.o. and thinking it was is the most awesomest ninja movie ever made, lol.

Today, i don't think so anymore...i KNOW so!

  • 1:36 failure.

  • I like the crazy guy in the jean jacket.

  • He broke the guy in the green shirts neck at 0:33 amazing how he got right back up and coming at him!

  • dude that van isn't so old that it wouldn't have a laminated glass windshield

  • if I see one more white guy dressed up like a native and wearing a wig, Im gonna puke

  • Excellent fight scene. Sho kosugi was the man.

  • All the good actors went to the pub the day this entire movie was made.

  • INDIAN CRATE ATTACK! HIYAAAA!

God I love these movies. :)

  • That's what the world needs now.

    More ninja movies!!!

  • did that indian guy have those tomahawks in his back pocket or what???

  • yeaaa thats a goood question, i just realized that after all these years....he must pulled that out the ass, LOL

  • I like how sho flips into the window that was tight this is classic fight scene

  • Excellent fight scene in a movie. Just enough make believe with enough "realism" to make it entertaining. I loved watching Sho Kosugi movies. Even the corny "Black Eagle".

  • yeaa i still got black eagle on vhs! i really wanted sho to do some kooler stuff in his fights with van damme tho...damn....i wonder who was doing fight choreography in that, cause their fights could have been wayyyyyy better...

  • Very good. Shô Kosugi's most believeable perfomance yet!

  • It's a Ninja VS The Village People!

  • Great fight scene. Thanks to Mr. Koshugi.

  • this wooda been such a great video game for colecovision back then.

  • This video is a great example why you must work your back muscles so they can withstand a bag of cans. Hahahahahaha I totally remember this movie when I was little. hehehe

  • hahaha i read this commnt first, before the movie, and i ws imagining something a bit more substantial

  • oonly on youtube i saw images of this movie again in my life.thanks for the upload.

  • This guy makes Jackie Chan look like a pussy!

  • The confrontation between the native american and the ninja brings back memories of the GI JOE action figures Spirit and Storm Shadow. The movie was probably contemporaneous with the animated series.

  • ouch! clearly 100% fake... after that native american jump with that wood 15 ft high to his head... after all the punches weapons... how high sho kosugi jumped... needs a mini trampoline... haha he still stood up after the car hit.

  • @jirouy Yes, Sho Kosugi used trampolines to do high flying flips/sommersaults over the wall etc. Atleast, being a Ninja and expert gymnast, he knew how to do all acrobatic movement. All of that was 100% real. The jumps and flying kicks during fight sequences are 100% real. Unlike today's sh*t martial arts where they strap wires on and do fake acrobatic movements on people who have no clue like Keanu Reeves.

  • dam, risk your life for some dolls...lol

    sho was the man

  • So amazing.

    Long live Sho Kosugi!

  • This is one of my favourite fight scenes in this movie too, Sho takes and gives a lot which makes this a very moving battle. If only he knew those dolls were filled with heroin though, I guess he wouldn't have bothered trying to save them.

  • what makes this scene so hilarious is that sho fights the thugs, does a flip over a fence and jumps onto the van, smashes through the windshield, fights some more, and then is dragged along the road...all because of some dolls. he didn't even know they were filled with heroin. most people would have just called the police and filed a claim with the insurance company, but i guess that's not his style.

  • well, i guess it wasn't just for the dolls, its like: " you, stealing from ME! a Ninja master, how DARE you, i'll kill you" Something about honor. lol

  • he should of had a theft insurance... ahh wait those were authentic minitures...

  • my godness is so nostalic i saw this movie when i was like 11 or 12 years old

  • It's amazing how much martial arts choreography has evolved since then. This my look primitive in comparison to, say, the Matrix, but when it was new it gave us tons of fun. I'd watch this movie again for nostalgia's sake.

  • yes, definitely true. but i like seagal more, this fight is one of those "old school" martial arts film where many opponents wiat for their turn. i like seagal who take them on all at the same time.

  • Agreed. I remember that even during the era where everyone was nuts for Van Damme, I was a Seagal fan.

  • @wakeupfist lol the matrix? you think keanu reeves flying around on wires is comparable to this? No wonder we were served rubbish like that these days with people like you lapping it up. Matrix is a joke compared to this.

  • i saw this movie in betamax (a loooong time ago LOL) very nice.

  • at 2:15 when sho jumps on the van the indian is on the passenger side of the van then the very next shot is him driving the van

  • fuck those assholes,poor sho :'(

  • That indian dude sucked at choreography but other than that, pretty entertaining.

  • Goddamn that guy took alot of punishment. What did they steal from him? Seeing him dragged on the concrete made me cringe also.

  • They're stealing his hand-crafted Japanese dolls. Sho's best friend convinces him to move the survivors of his family to America and sell his dolls there. Unknown to Sho, his best friend is using the dolls to smuggle heroin into the states. A mobster double-crosses Sho's friend and has some guys clean the place out which is where Sho comes in and starts kicking their ass.

  • This is a good scene. Being dragged by that van alway made me cringe.

  • lol, i remember watching this movie and actually enjoying it. i grew up watching HK cinema, and the choregraphy of this movie is nothing spectacular, but i still enjoyed it.
