Marras addresses those who still go around talking about revolution, but who live comfortable lives and don't really WANT a revolution anymore.
All the passions of youth have numbed in the face of the pressure that society has put on them (find a job, have a career, marry, etc.).
Still, there is even more social injustice now than there used to be... so, Marras asks, where has all the anger gone? Has it dissipated because we live such comfortable lives now?
So here's the translation. Keep in mind that the song is about the '68 movement and how everyone felt more socially and politically commited. There was this righteous anger that young people felt towards a society that did not understand them and only sought to exploit them. There was a feeling of belonging together, of fighting united against this oppression.
