Decided to purchase this product directly from Venturi and received my order confirmation followed by an email a couple of days later (after i had to ask from the shipping tracking no.) that they screwed up the shipping pricing. I had to send them several emails to let me know what's going on but they were very unresponsive.

They then informed me they will not honor my order and will cancel the order. No apology was given.

Potential buyers beware when dealing with this company.

This device does show lots of promise. With more phone becoming music players with up to 8GB of memory, something like this was really needed.
