i lost a ton of weight when i discovered how much fun mountain biking is, my GF took notice right away and we got her one. i lost 60 lbs and now at my ideal weight and she's dropped 75... i discovered that i can eat all the ice cream and pizza and cheese burgers i want... i never went in to it with any expectations, i just wanted to have fun and everything else is a byproduct. you're still young, give it a try, see if it's fun.

You look fantastic. You can definetely get to 160 by March. Work hard and stay focused. I had my first fill today. I've lost 19lbs since surgery. I have 4.5cc in my band =)
