@TomJous Mr Merz keeps laughing because he has no idea at all what he's talking about. The answer he reads was prepared by a customs officer and is kind of "officialese" (know what I mean?). Mr Merz finds it quite amusing..and frankly, it really is =) hope I could help, my english isn't the best..

Ich habe es gerade im TV gesehen, der Beitrag war aber länger, und hatte Tränen in den Augen! Politiker sind eben auch nur Menschen ;-)
