  • I am crying for you guys. Saving you, saving me, what we lost cannot be replaced. What can be found is a way to see around it, live with it, learn what makes it worse, or makes it not be upfront because upfront is the worst. So bad that drugs look good, but now that seems like not caring how I felt made me go to drugs. No drugs, no pain is the way to be, to grow..

  • Good tips. I've had ridiculous amounts of phantom pain. I was taking Lyrica (pregabalin), sometimes it helped, sometimes it didn't. I lost both my legs in Afghanistan. I don't like relying on drugs for anything so I weaned off of all my meds. I've learned to deal with the annoying sensations but they still bug me a lot. Causes insomnia. I feel it now. I hate it.

  • Thanks for the advice.
