As a member I can testify that this layout is one of the best to operate. I travel an hour and a half each month (one way) from Niagara. I was the operator of Romford that day just east of Sudbury which is currently a fun relaxing job. Running any train on the layout is a fun job, but I find challenge and pleasure in running either the east or west yard crew. The most challenging position is the yardmaster. A position I'm slowly gaining experience at, but still a virtual rookie.
Nice smooth operation. Great long trains, I really liked the view of 955 coming in from Toronto. I bet that your club members enjoy the operating sessions. Nice video.
Nice job. I model late 70's on my home layout, my unique script unit is 8743, all others 5" and 8" stripes.Some day , I will visit your club . My club in Montreal will begin dismantle soon. I hope our next layout , the era should more modern then 50's.
