  • ...check angelo's stage departure at the end...

  • great, somone FINALLY put this up, thanks! this was one of my favourite shows on CC back in the day and i was almost over the moon when they [who i was REALLY getting into at the time] were on it!!!! for a tv studio segment i thought this was a really good performance ~ Angelo's such a huge ham!:^D this has become one of my favourite songs on their repertoire and i'm glad they still play it!

  • What a great blast from the past. I always saw this band over the years but I would have to say this is from a REAL tight ska period that was my first days going to the clubs. Good post for sure...what up the old "cassette squeel" in the sound...lol..thought I had left those tapes behind. Excellent material here.

  • actually if I remember correctly it wasn't trombone Brewster was playing but some sort of French horn. I remember seeing it and not being sure what it was. I did only see him with the band once, ... but yes, he was their best keyboard player. Love that church organ sound he brings. gives the song a rich soulful dimension. man, ... if this lineup ever recorded it would have been amazing and for those who don't know Brewster was a member of a semi famous LA band "The Untouchables".

  • Definitely Fishbone's best Keyboard Player IMO (he did also trombone and backing vox). And this was a great rendition with the extra Walter bridge at the beginning. Imagine with a better snare sound and maybe a little more Spacey T experience. (This was right before he turned into a beast). Innovative and coulda been a number 1 hit in those days of Sublime.

  • and for all you Fishbone Familyhood members, this is one of the only TV perfomances of a brief but awesome Fishbone lineup: Angelo, Norwood, Walt, Fish, Brewster and Spacey T.

  • yeah good on you for uploading this, fishbone is cool

  • "the 'Bone" is BEYOND cool....
