Great job on your loss! I love working out in the pool and it can definitely get you sore lol I go to the YMCA by my house and swim laps and do water aerobics.

I think its great your hubby let you take over the "mans den" (garage lol) for your workouts .. so sweet that he is supportive of you. I look forward to watching the rest of your vids and any new updates that come

It is "cool" today.

Only 86 degrees. LOL But it is Florida after all right? Still sore today but working the kinks out.
