It was Southern Television, not the BBC and it was a television signal, not a radio signal. For some reason the 'message' was only heard on Southern's UHF broadcasts, VHF signals were not affected, indicating either very thick aliens or a prank. Also, why does Vrillon have a British accent?

Agentparanormal, I have to say that I think whoever this being, Vrillon, is, we have to remember that the message is still full of love, respect and assistance.
Many sources, other extraterrestrial contactees, have pointed out that the Ashtar Command is still controlled by negative forces, which some people know as reptilians. I'm sure that the Ashtar Command sectors, like the group of Vrillon, could be benevolent and want to help. But, note that EVERY race does not want Earth to be destroyed.

I've been researching the ufo/alien phenomenon over the last 3 years, and I can honestly say that this is one of the most intriguing and compelling pieces of evidence for or against that I've ever seen. A lot of the stuff presented by other sources is of course disinformation. However, given the date and the method by which it was done, I honestly could not completely dismiss or believe it one way or another. At the time, I guess that the only people capable of doing such a thing would have been
