Instead of doing all that with the car go into the hospital then around the corner(right)into a corridor ,right again-dead end with a bed near the window-stand facing it and try to jump over it without touching it. This takes time and DOES work!! so keep at it-if it's not on Youtube i'll do it myself and post on here.
