Ive been natural most of my life then i got a perm at age 12 then it fell out. Then i grew it out at age 14 and I became completely natural at 16. It took at really long time for it to get to shoulder length in the back. I cant seem to get it past this lengh. My hair is about ur texture maybe finer. My hair is thin but i dont put heat on it very much and it stays in weaves or kinky twist for 2 months. Please help me.
