What needs to be, I am sorry to say is need to impeach the 4 members of the supreme court that stepped on the intent of the bill of rights.  It seem they have gone senile and forgot the meaning of the words -- bear, keep, shall, not, infringed. Not only that those 4 can’t - won’t look up the words in a dictionary to find the definitions to those words. This kagan seem to be in the same boat.

The NRA will punish any senator that votes for sotomayor confirmation.

People may take this as a threat of violence no we as group will vote for other senators come reelection time who are more interested in our god given rights per the constitution.

So remember senators mark our words vote for her and you will be looking for a new job come reelection time. remember vote for her and lose 33 million votes

That's incredibly stupid of you to assume that 33 million people will not vote for the 68 Sen that voted in Sotomayor's favor

Just to let you know Micheal Moore is a lifetime NRA member and I doubt that he will vote against the people who appointed her to Supreme Court Judge.

So don't assume that just because you don't agree with the 68 out 31 Sen, that everyone else in the NRA will agree with you
