They're both good guitars, i have an Epiphone 'prophecy' les paul also. This one sounds better than the les paul with distortion, but i think the epi is more well rounded.
@facetotheface well epi ur basically getting a gibson except its not hand crafted its from a production line which is still good its just the company label
