  • @NcStevo Shut the fuck up dude. She is relearning her eating habits, and wanted to start by reducing her calorie consumption, and by getting physical activity. Everyone has to start somewhere. Not "eating so much" doesn't help. We have to RELEARN habits, develop new habits, and work hard to meet our goals.

  • Tip~

    Do not weigh yourself every day. Weigh yourself once a week or once every two weeks. Your weight also fluctuates a lot during the day. Don't be discouraged. Just stop weighing yourself so much.

  • You look amazing in those glasses. Super Cute. Keep up the good work :)

  • You have to do resistance training (weights or resistance bands). You won't bulk, if you don't train to bulk (which is lifting heavy weights and eating a ton of high protein food). The more muscles you build, the more fat you burn.

    Don't do isolation exercises (like bicep curls), focus on doing compound exercises, like squats and deadlifts.

    Muscles are more dense (compact) than fat, so take two people weighting the same thing. The person with more muscles, will look much smaller.

  • So all in all, keep dieting, do resistance training, do cardio, drink plenty of water and get plenty of sleep. You'll reach your goals in no time :).

  • I think it's best to weigh in once a month.. but the weight doesn't really matter, does it?? Because you'll be able to see results in the mirror sooner or later! Just as long as your eating good and healthy and get exercise.

    And that furby was so cute.. I had one a long time ago.. threw it out because it creeped me out at night haha!

  • You didn't read my previous messages did you? lol I TOLD YOU not to weight in daily... Your body fluxuates too much from day to day. Just wait until you have your time of the month, you'll temporarily gain 2-5 lbs!

  • Remember: You should burn more calories than you eat. That doesn't mean work it off in the gym, because you burn calories all day... light weights in many repetitions tone you without adding bulk. My favorite machine is the eliptical. You burn more calories than the treadmill and it tones you. I like to do abs on my stability ball or with a friend. lay flat on the ground and lift your legs straight up to your friend and have them push them back down! it kills, but it works!

  • The chicken avacado wrap is good. Get salad as your side. Only eat half of what they bring you. :) also, weight watcher ice cream is delicious. Whenever I need a sweet desert I go for a 30 cal ice pop. Keep up the good work.

    the problem is - is I'm so damn pickii. but I do like wraps!!! well at least that's something...sooo nervous, so many temptations for sure!

  • Nope wasnt lifting weight,just cutting back on a LOT of Junk I eat. Mainly ate chicken and peas...but still gained! :(
