I used to be head of the security control center at Metropolis. I kind of felt bad for that poor security guard. Lord knows we have worse things to deal with than a bunch of people laughing. Every time we are forced to do something unreasonable it is because the suits in administration force us to. Its that, or lose out job, and a lot of us can't risk that. So we get the blame, while the suits get their agenda fulfilled.
