  • You have to also diet and do this every day in order for it to work out. So if you are eating the fattening food, that should stop. Hope this helps. I mean i hope it did, it's been a year since you wrote that haha.

  • my friend has started eating Kellogg's serials with fat free milk twice a day + five fruits+ vegetable soup+ 15 minutes workout and she has started losing weight so quickly.

  • yea, ALL diets work, but limiting the variety of food you consume is ridiculous. your friend needs to choose healthy food that she will consume for life, because chances are, your friend will gain every pound she loss back, maybe even more. plus, your friend won't be eating cereal & veg. soup all her life.

    #3 PILATES IS ONLY ABOUT 8 REPS AT MOST OF ONE EXERCISE w/ The ECEPTION OF THE HUNDRED. This is bogus pilates.
