  • the tune is a Donegal tune taken from a set of tunes called ' welcome home graine' altan made this tune popular by playing a march first then the jig you just heard and the into a reel

  • I knew I knew it- just couldn't place it for ages. I think Al does play all 4 parts, he just does the first two parts through twice over before going on to the third and fourth parts. And then back to the first two parts to finish. Cool- I had to find this vid again to get my friend to learn the tune!
