I usually am not a fan of slower metal, but this is fantastic. It has a melancholic beauty about it that's quite addicting. When the distortion kicked in, I got chills.

those that have read the lyrics for all three parts, the lyrics are amazing, the musicianship placed in every nook and cranny of these songs are just absolutely amazing. i just recently heard these guys on Pandora Radio, and i'm a huge fan of these guys now, this is how you make REAL music, other than those pop and rap stars talking about love and drugs and crap like that. make something beautiful and intense. just like this.

I own the album, as well, and I like the whole song, although I completely understand what you mean about it dragging on a little bit in some places. Overall, I still love it though. And about the rest of the album, yeah, I wish they were the real mastered versions instead, although I guess its kind of cool to have some of their demo material just for the sake of having it.
