No one should ever go to Montreal. The last guy who did that was kidnapped by a bunch of seperatists and executed. Its Canadas dirty little secret, but Quebec is as dangerous as Iraq, Chechnya, and all the other war zones in the world. There is an active insurgency, and foreigners (and English Canadians) are targeted because they are wealthier than Quebecers, most of whom are poor and uneducated.
