The problem in Weare is the Prosecuting Attorney along with the police. I had 3 officers come to my house, I have never been arrested for ANY reason in my entire life.To arrest me for a $32 check I supposedly wrote, but had NO knowledge of. They set bond at $40!!! ON A FIRST OFFENSE!! When I went to arraignment, I asked the prosecutor for a copy of the check, It took over a year of asking for a copy of the check, Never got it case dismissed!

The reason they don't want you recording is because some recorders may twist the story of what's actually going on. I'm simply saying that there are people who act like they care about what you are doing (peaceful demos and such), but in actuality, they may have been to jail or had a loved one in jail and just want to make the police look bad. I'm sure that's not YOUR intent here. I don't see why an officer would mind if someone is recording their OWN stop. That seems silly.
So the prosecuting attorneys are intentionally misinterpreting the law, huh? That is a crime - malicious prosecution! It would appear that your phony "liberty"agenda isn't addressing local corruption, correct? If you were then you would be filing criminal complaints against the crooked cops and crooked prosecuting attorneys, wouldn't you? But you aren't, are you? Prime example - Pete Eyre (who trained to be a cop) refuses to file criminal complaints against his malicious prosecutors, correct?
And the sad part is, the Free Keene antics might make Keene the most policed town in NH.
In my hometown of Windham, police will handcuff 17-year olds for possessing cigarettes, because they have nothing else to do. Also, god forbid you drive down Range Rd. if you're non-white. Not sure how similar Weare is to Windham.

@Patjersey3000 Be prepared to face a lot of racism. A huge portion of my high school was Arab, south Asian (Indian/Pakistani), and Latino, and they were always the ones getting harassed by the police, not the lily-white pothead kids.
NH has the most assembly men on a per capita basis by a far mile from any other state in the USA, so what's the problem? Most of the Assembly men and woman share the same bloodline as the royals and from the the other 12 illuminatti bloodline, but mosty house of Windsor (that's not their real name either). the are like 1 big happy inbred framily. The even like to protect they're pedofiles
