Watching this made me feel sad. I didn't understand why at first but now I know. I feel sad because the time in my life-in our lives-that this was new and relevant and special is over. I feel old, I reject so much of what is around me and pine for so much of what no longer is. Nostalgia is such sweet poison. It works so quickly through the blood.

The ONLY beef I have with this "trailer" is the use of the word diary. One of Doug's pet peeves on the show was people calling his journal a diary. He made that correction like 8 times in the episode that he lost his journal. Although, that doesn't really matter, because this is a FANTASTIC piece of fan fiction!

Ou você nem assistiu o vídeo ou não entende inglês, é literalmente a primeira coisa que o Doug pergunta (0:15) "dad, where's porkchop?" e o pai dele responde que o costelinha morreu enquanto Doug estava na faculdade.
