He starts hallucinating events that never happened, he starts seeing what his mind wants to believe, and Kutner makes an unexpected re-appearance as an hallucination, and that's when he's like. "Man..I need to go a mental hospital."

House hatte Halluzinationen, hat sich den Entzug vom Vicodin in der Folge davor nur eingebildet. Am Ende von Both sides now wird in einer, wie ich find verdammt guten Art, aufgedeckt, das alles nicht echt war. Dann sieht er Amber und Kutner als Halluzination. Danach House sagt Wilson und Cuddy, das er Hilfe braucht und wird in eine Psychatrie eingeliefert. Die Staffel endet damit, dass die Tür der Psychatrie geschlossen wird.

(Habe ich zumindest so verstanden.)
