What annoys me is, they say illegal MP3 downloads are wrong. Yet the Comsat Angels are a perfect example of how hard it is to obtain their music any other way. I have tried Amazon (they only have 75 songs - this YouTube playlist has 78 alone!); I can't use iTunes because it won't work on my system. What am supposed to do? With some simple kit I can download every track on YouTube from every album. But I want to do it legally and I can't!
My friend and I saw them live a few times in the early 80´s, they were very nice and chatted to us after the gig. Although we´d never contacted them before they put us on the guest list without further ado. This is one of their best songs.
I cant believe the american LPs sleeve type had to be blocked out and the band had to change their name to CS Angels it looks so unsightly, stupid american law??
What an amazing song; I don't know wether I should be happy or sad that I'm 22 and can relate exactly to what he's saying and that this song was released when that "genuine love" was still in tact or be appreciative of the fact that his words resemble my thoughts so closely, and the possibility of a possibly recovery still remains.
This is from one of my favourite albums of all time...
Its a shame but the general public has no taste in music at all

reminds me of drives in the SF Bay Area listening to Live 105. Comsat Angels at their best. A gem from that colorful era.
