First off, it was her. For sure. However, there was not rock - solid evidence, so I believe that the jury made the correct decision. What I think happened was that she would drug Caylee every time she wanted to go to a rager, and finally, Caylee's young body could no longer take it. Casey got scared and tried to shut the whole thing up. Her parents found out and decided to help. That's likely all there is to it, but I guess we'll never know for sure.

Our system wasnt the problem in this case. The problem here is that the jury was ignorat..they did not know the difference in "reasonable doubt" and unreasobale doubt" and there is a big difference in the two. The woman lied and blamed an innocent nanny that she didnt even know,,plus she did not report her child missing for a month..and this jury found her guilty of nothing?? IRNORANT!! I am against the death penalty because of two main reasons.

Number 1 - it's too nice to them. Let's say they raped and murdered your daughter, you will have to live with that the rest of your life, and the fucker who did it just.. dies, end of story.
