However, if the actor/actress is actually american, british, canadian, australian etc in real life, then it's their original voice that you hear. But because alot of spaghetti movies back then were filmed without sound, they had to re-dub themselves with their voice that they were originally speaking in the actual movie. Franco Nero's voice in the spaghetti movies was usually his own original voice as he had a much clearer accent when speaking english even though he is itailian in real life.

One of the interesting things about Spaghetti movies is that alot of the actors/actresses in them are actually speaking in english but with a thick foreign accent e.g. Italian, German, Spanish etc. Because of this, their voices are then re-dubbed by voice actors/actresses with american, british, canadian, australian etc accents to make the movie sell much better in native english speaking countries.

Also, production is music as people like Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails use similar tactics to achieve drums and sounds.
