the reason why the actors look like they have "bad acting" is because this is an ITALIAN movie and it has an ENGLISH VOICE-OVER so that we can understand it. It's the english voice-overs that are making them look corny.
when is some one going to put the 2 best hammer movies on here horror of frankenstein and hammers movie called the mark of the devil i love both classic horror from universal hammer and the extreme cheesy b movie especially the ones with bad english over dubs
I don't know which is more boring. Having to watch a movie with people watching a movie, or the twenty mintues I've been watching with not one thing happening. I've watched films with poor progression and such, but this is not even B Movie entertainment. I know it's six years before I was born, but really?
@8825TWO I finished the film, but it just took so long for my taste to pick up. Overall I thought it was an interesting film, I loved the gore effects.
@WatchRyder That is true. It wasn't untill I looked it up why I found out the "acting" was so bad, it's an Itallian flm with English dub over. I hate that, dub overs are medeocre I would of enjoyed it much much more if it was left in it's original language with english subtitles.
@3rdeyepress I have both of them and love both. As I said, it took me longer to get into this film because I later found out that it was dubbed over in English from Italian which the lame dub over destroyed it for me.
ah, theres nothing like the classics, sure the new horrors and "zombie" like movies will make there mark but the good old classics are here to stay ;)
However, if the actor/actress is actually american, british, canadian, australian etc in real life, then it's their original voice that you hear. But because alot of spaghetti movies back then were filmed without sound, they had to re-dub themselves with their voice that they were originally speaking in the actual movie. Franco Nero's voice in the spaghetti movies was usually his own original voice as he had a much clearer accent when speaking english even though he is itailian in real life.
One of the interesting things about Spaghetti movies is that alot of the actors/actresses in them are actually speaking in english but with a thick foreign accent e.g. Italian, German, Spanish etc. Because of this, their voices are then re-dubbed by voice actors/actresses with american, british, canadian, australian etc accents to make the movie sell much better in native english speaking countries.
what is the name of the movie that the people are watching at this theatre? i have been trying to find it ever since i saw this on your channel last year
@BrcCmplfan Trent Reznor is a wonderful musician, but I only mentioned the drumming practice. Anyway, I've been trying to act maturely but I can't anymore; you're a moron. You're ignorant and confused about music in general. I listen to almost every genre of music as well as perform guitar, drums, vocals, etc. live. You have no idea what you are talking about. There are bad lyrics in every genre (think Nickleback), but I won't consider all rock music bad because they are. Listen to more music.
@BrcCmplfan That's incorrect. Vocals are classified as instruments, and rightfully so. Also, production is music as people like Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails use similar tactics to achieve drums and sounds. Like I said, racism and misunderstanding... such has given hip-hop a negative reputation when it's undoubtedly a genre of music.
@MichaelSirois "Hip-hop started in the early 70's. Racism prevented it from being very mainstream early on"
Why would they be "afraid" of hip-hop and want to "prevent" it for THAT particular reason during a decade when disco and funk ( also predominately black ) were the most popular musical styles ? .. HORSESHIT!!
@Skulldini Horseshit, huh? Well it appears my statement would serve well as your usual choice in breakfast. Regardless, your point is flawed in the sense that you fail to distinguish cultural assimilation from cultural acceptance. Hip-hop music involves combating problems in society and government, and is far more rebellious in conveying messages than disco and funk which primarily focus on dancing and romancing. Rich white men would prefer blacks to dance and have fun than combat issues.
@MichaelSirois how has hip hop ever "combated problems in society and government"? at very best it simply articulates them, at worst, and most of the time, it simply perpetuates them. And what the fuck has that got to do with trashy 80's flicks? sit back and just enjoy the movie dude
@xxtiaan Clearly you haven't listened to enough hip-hop. Also, you probably assume "rap" and "hip-hop" are one in the same but, in the words of MC and social activist KRS-ONE: "Hip means to know, It's a form of intelligence, To be hip is to be up-date and relevant, Hop is a form of movement, You can't just observe a hop, You got to hop up and do it, Hip and Hop is more than music, Hip is the knowledge, Hop is the movement, Hip and Hop is intelligent movement". Rap tends to promote thug life.
@MichaelSirois fucking yawn, clearly i dont care when you quote lyrics at me, you are the kinda person who rustles chip packets at movies, hip hop cannot be separated from rap, just shut up, get off your fucking pedestal and enjoy the movie, and you never even bothered to answer my question how is rap/hip hop"combating problems in society and government"? examples please. People like you are full of rhetoric, you talk over everyone and never listen, you are the worst kinda wigger.
You didn't read my post 4 days ago. "Fight The Power" by Public Enemy is perhaps the best example of hip-hop combating sociopolitical injustice. The lyrics of the song emphasize a revival of the urban mentality and Spike Lee featured it in "Do The Right Thing". Lee even directed a similarly styled music video for the song featuring an actual crowd of people from the ghetto marching and rioting to their music. Fight The Power is undoubtedly a song that combats problems in society and government.
@MichaelSirois so there are lyrics, and a video featuring, in your own words "an actual crowd of people from the ghetto" how reductivist is that?
and gosh you have a simplistic take on things
so there was a song called fight the power, how the fuck did it take on the government, it didnt, it was just about music, which is ok, but dont say its fucking political power cos its not
And what it has to do with a "trashy" 80s flick (your words, not mine--clearly you lack taste as well as a knowledge of hip-hop) is that someone posted a comment about being surprised that hip-hop was around in the 80s and I informed this person that due to a lack of attention hip-hop has actually been around since the early 70s. You're involving yourself in a debate which you've been too lazy to research and fully understand. This should answer your query.
@MichaelSirois Ive had rap since the 70's, with people like nina hagen, and even blondie was the first commercial white woman to rap, so please, enlighten us, how is rap"combating problems in society and government"? examples please, can you get down from your pedestal for a moment to talk to me? I appreciate the fact you are young and black, or just a wigger. I dont assume rap and hip hop are the same, but rap gave birth to the hippty hop, bitch plz!
@xxtiaan "Fight The Power" by Public Enemy is perhaps the best example of hip-hop combating sociopolitical injustice. @xxtiaan Also, I'm neither black nor the politically incorrect word you chose, you ignorant fool. So you're suggesting that I have to be either an African American or a Caucasian person with dreams of becoming black in order to relate and enjoy hip-hop? I'm a 21 year old Italian-American film school student from America, and my favorite genre is psychedelic rock. Clearly you once again misunderstand a vital concept in this debate and have proven yourself incorrect regardless of my response.
@MichaelSirois dude, yr an italian american, that makes you caucasian and into hip hop=WIGGER!
you named a SINGLE vid from the entire oeveure, thats has been going for the last 40 years that you thought changed things, 1 vid in 40 yrs isnt a very good. you dont get the diffrerence between articulation and change.

it's just...doesn't anybody in there think it's kinda...well, painful that everybody can watch the movie while he can't? i mean, that's bad for yer ego! XD
there was one comment that said the girl was sticking out her face through the door opening where the demon could still see her face, IMAO cause that part in the movie looked funny lol!
@kaijinu Hope you were being sarcastic. Blind people can hear. And they usually can hear very well. Try watching a good movie with your eyes closed. You might hear something new ;)
@flowerpod XD hoho, don't worry, i was just being funny. yeah, i tried "listening" to horror films once. I pop an Evil Dead VCD into a cd Player (not a VCD) and I just listened to it like those Drama CDs from Japan, kinda awesome and relaxing~!
@kaijinu My cousin was blind and he often went to movies, They can make out a lot from modern films there is always a lot of dialog.
Unlike older movies where half the film was in a glance or body language. People lost that refinery a long time ago. Close your eyes and watch a movie someday! I bet youd be shocked as to how much you can enjoy it reguardless :)
@kaijinu cause he senses the film with ultimate super power senses. Elevated sense of touch and smell, can reveal to him what is happening in the movie far clearer than any sighted person.
@kaijinu they do it and they have somebody go with them to explain what's happaning wt i think is stupid is the movie they're watching its soooooooooooo lame
what is it with assholes and sweaters over they're shoulders that just makes me want to break they're face in!!! grrrrrrrrrrrr.....and i don't give a fuck if this is in 1985...he still pisses me off!!

@kaijinu Hope you were being sarcastic. Blind people can hear. And they usually can hear very well. Try watching a good movie with your eyes closed. You might hear something new ;)
flowerpod 1 year ago
@flowerpod XD hoho, don't worry, i was just being funny. yeah, i tried "listening" to horror films once. I pop an Evil Dead VCD into a cd Player (not a VCD) and I just listened to it like those Drama CDs from Japan, kinda awesome and relaxing~!

@kaijinu My cousin was blind and he often went to movies, They can make out a lot from modern films there is always a lot of dialog.
Unlike older movies where half the film was in a glance or body language. People lost that refinery a long time ago. Close your eyes and watch a movie someday! I bet youd be shocked as to how much you can enjoy it reguardless :)

...like "listening" to Evil Dead and Evil Dead two? You know I tried that once, and it was kinda good!

Mistermax30 1 year ago
@kaijinu cause he senses the film with ultimate super power senses. Elevated sense of touch and smell, can reveal to him what is happening in the movie far clearer than any sighted person.

The dubbing over is pretty good, actually.
The beginning of the movie looks like a porn film; the girls, the situation at the soda machine.
