  • meat heads it CREATINE

  • 1. Crea-tin or crea-teen?

    2. Some other videos say creatine can potentially lead to torn tendons or muscles b/c of overexerting when lifting. True or false? I feel as though it could be true.

    3. Why is 5% of creatine stored in the brain and testes?

    4. Theoretically, if we ate a bunch of steaks before a workout, wouldn't that give us the same amount of creatine as taking the supplement would?

  • creatin

  • crea-teen

its perfectly safe, you just have to cycle it so your muscles dont get use to it and just reach a plateau

i use to take it when i played football in highschool, it helped make me a monster on the field.

  • @kirrabeachbum answer to 2 if your overexerting your muscles that much with or without creatine its gonna be bad

  • @kirrabeachbum

    1 its Creatine (Monohydrate)

2 It wouldnt be because of the creatine, it would be because the meathead doesnt know his/her boundaries and how far they can push themselves.

3 because the brain and Testes are muscles, and 5 percent of 2-5 grams isnt a whole lot. thats .025g

4 Yes but with the steaks you are taking in fats as well, and you would need a ton of steaks.

  • @kirrabeachbum regarding question 2, i believe people who say that are probably mixing it up with a potential steroid effect. Apparently, though im not certain this is true, steroid use can give the user higher motor neuron excitability.
