bad experience, never going back. i couldnt believe how everyone worker from the hotel tries to rip off the people at the hotel by exchangin cuban money for cuc money, thats 100 cu for $5 cuc. they are crooks. they gave me the worse service. i thought being latino from canada!! would make them less tense, but they could care less about me cus i wasnt european or a white canadian. or dint give them money everytime they said hola to me.
