@dbzawesome100 You draw all the pictures on paint, then play them really fast on movie maker so that it looks like the pictures are moving. You're actually just playing a lot of different pictures at high speed.

@dbzawesome100 Afraid not, but the best thing to do really, is just try it out yourself. Try doing a basic face on paint, and animating that to start off with, for example.

Well, simply put, I just drew all of the tiny little movements on paint, and played them super sped up on WMM. THAT'S why it takes so long to do on WMM.

Not if it's sparkster, his speed in the air easily matches sonic and he's a soldier which puts sonic at a disadvantage at both points and sparkster can grip onto things with his tail, shoot fireballs from his sword and has an attack that makes him invincible to enemies when he gets up close causing maximum damage.

Hey, sorry, no offence, but this message goes out to EVERYBODY, I'm just using this as an example: Dont comment on how I should make it if you cant make one yourself. I am VERY limited with the programs I can use, all the good ones are made with flash, which is easier to make movies with. It just bugs me when people think they can do better, when they dont have any movies of their own.

Sorry, not entirely sure what you mean, could you explain what you mean by clash?

How do you make the sprites transparent and how did you make them 3d?

Ah, those are two little techniques that I picked up. To make them look transparent, I draw white lines down parts of them, at a pixel's distance each. This means when I paste them, the white parts dissapear. As for the 3D trick? Its an illusion. Try searching up "Mode 7" for examples.

Well, mode seven was an illusion used on SNES games: its how they made the first super mario kart seem 3D.

Well, I just drew the background so that it LOOKED like it was 3D. Its a little difficult, but you get the hang of it.

But try looking up Mario and Luigi Partners in Time sound clips, you should be able to find it.
