It's like this video is made for me, pointing me in the right direction when I have felt lost for so long. I beat myself up pretty bad, sometimes to the point where I cannot sleep at night because foolishly, I dwell on the things that hurt me, I'm even thinking of them now. My life has lead me through dark places and like in this video, my mind still seems to be there. It has started to take effect on the people around me as they see I'm not myself anymore. This is the start of my spiritual path

yes! I am having pain and behavour problems right now because my brain keep responding to relationships just like it did to the pain in the past. This is why I am totally against counselling where a person is encouraged to relive and relive past trauma as a way to heal. In the quantum healing that I use now it states that you can even carry the personality of the person who hurt you in your aura and that you can lose a piece of your soul every time you are hurt.

@kathmandau - Time is not an illusion on earth, in space yes. Matters of ascension are not passed on to others in detail by some1 because that will actually lead to the opposite of what needs to be achieved. Understand this, one can be guided only up to a certain point by others, the rest is up to the individual not you, me, sage or guru. Most humans do not have the discipline or temperance to achieve that stage. Some talk like they can but are further away from it than they think.

@AquarielCharms Agreed, the wisdom/knowledge from others can only impart relatively minor information. True value comes from direct, personal revelation. From my perspective, there is no one truth. There will be no single experience, time, ascension, Second Coming, etc. It is as Bardo of the Tibetan Book of the dead. Where the mind mind goes, there is Heaven, Hell, Ascension defined.
