It begins rolling while he is standing next to it, while he is hidden behind the wall.

I think he pushed/pulled it while hidden.

He looks back at it rolling before exiting through door.

Upon re-entering garage, he runs right to where truck is.

He drives right in front of camera to document the damage to the camera.

He used a key on the door, meaning it's prolly a condo parking garage, so he knew right where the camera was.
