So basic - but many people DO need such basic philosophy. Sure the company wants people that can benefit them - one must generate 3 to 5 times ones' salary to be worth while - if you want higher salary then bring in more for the company and hold them to the same philosophy - if they expect more from you then they had better be just in compensation and opportunity - otherwise use your option to "fire" them just as they can fire you. - and as always, there is office politics to some degree - CYA
I hate these questions...most people don't want to work for a company cuz they "contribute" to charities but how much they contribute to your wallet. Liars.
@umbdude Well, it's obviously a two-sided game. It's bullshit lies. You know that. We all know that. But the successful people play the game and do it well. After the interview, the hired employee is the one laughing. Another job to add to the resume, and another source of cash.
That last lady probably knew the interviewers address too huh.!lol
