Actually that's the imitater. It imitates one of your plants, in this case this guy uses the imitater on a tall-nut.

snow pees will unfreeze in fire, not winter melons.

Do the experiment yourself, the watermelon itself does not unfreeze like a snow pea, but rather the frozen zombies defrost at the touch of a fire pea, watch this video closely and you'll see it.
