What a dummy, he unboxed it incorrectly. You're suppose to unhook the white clips on the bottom, the top of the box slips off nicely then.

@pandasharks I say whatever works, and that worked for him. At 70 pounds and a little less than 50" wide you don't really need to use the new unboxing "feature" like you would on a 100 pound 60"+ wide TV that would require two people.

@kingwayne87 i would recommend you get either the v10 from that year or a 2010 model ( g20, g25, vt25) another option is to wait a few weeks until the 2011 models are released they have more features and a better design ( st30, gt30, vt30)

well, the viewing height is around 38" to 40".

I personally own a 42" Panasonic Plasma. I also own a Pioneer plasma and I have found that the ONLY plasma that can compete with Panasonic's are the Pioneers. BUT the Pioneers are TWICE the price.
