@313MEXICANBLACKPRIDE Depends how much you wanna burn. I walked for 3 hours and 40 mins at around 2.5 mph and burnt about 1000 calories. I wasnt exercising pupropsly though. It would be better to walk 30 mins a day 5 days a week than 2 hours 3 times a week.

Wow! this video is so good, I do walk a lot myself but people usually say walking doesn't help a lot in weight loss you just stay healthy and what you said in the start of the video was something I need to hear thanks a lot =) stay happy.
Loving one self is the best lesson, one harder to learn than we think. Walking in the woods the bush is the most natural enviroment we can walk in. I can't wait to go for my next walk as well, with my retired priest friend. This is a good video it's a shame that you went on your own as it would have been good to have someone hold the video for you.

i do 10k on the cross trainer, and 10k on the treadmill everyday (2.5hrs). I keep my heart rate at around 125-130, and along with a controlled diet i have managed to lose 18lb in 4 weeks.
I went for a walk this morning! 2 miles. I plan to walk 5 days a week. I also want to join Planet Fitness for strength training. I need to get something that makes it easy to carry water with you!
@BakaTenshi1975 walking is very good and any activity is better than none.. but always remember your walking to exercise. that means keep the heart rate up and focus on what your there for. dont treat it as a little stroll down the road because thats not what walking to lose weight is about. you would have to triple the distance just "strolling" compared to walking for cardio

@Weilinjoey It depend on your age sex weight but if you do walk 4 to 5 times a week for 45t0 1 hour and eat well lots of fruit vegetables lean meat you will loss i am about 258 right know in september last year i was over 310 know i am trying to east less and try not to east past 7pm at night also try add some weights to your upper body and leg lifts for your stomach i was lazy this two last week because of vacation got to get back on regiment of walking and eating right..

@xCubanChik93 walking is the best way, but you should try doin a few stups or crunches or weight lifting, and don't forget, you seriously, shouldn't eat a lot of greasy food, it'll make you feel better if you dont, and your body will get used to healthy food, and like it more than unhealthy stuff, and you feel like a million bucks, also, try not drinking any soda, you can lose like 10-20 pounds just form not drinking soda.
@Terrybob123 Yep your body will just naturally eventually come to not like the foods you stop eating. I stopped drinking soda (I'll drink diet sometimes) and a couple months later I was going to treat myself to my favorite grape soda and almost threw it up. So my body has come to not be used to it and rejects it now.
you need to walk 23 miles a day 6 days a week and eat unpeeled grapefruits as your primary source of nutrition to increase your chances of survival. But on a long enough timeline, the survival rate for everyone drops to zero. Feel better! ;P

Loving one self is the best lesson, one harder to learn than we think. Walking in the woods the bush is the most natural enviroment we can walk in. I can't wait to go for my next walk as well, with my retired priest friend. This is a good video it's a shame that you went on your own as it would have been good to have someone hold the video for you.

ive been walking at least 4 or 5 miles a day and watching what i eat drinking diet pop and the weight is falling off me.

@matthewpenix .....wow,, really 4 to 5 miles a day? thats like to/from work?..ive been power walking for 1 hour at work as soon as i start my shift at 7am...lucky for me..im a security guard..LOL..ive been watchin wat i eat too. No Sodas. No Rice. No Potatoes. and No Bread, except some brown occasionally for my Subway Sandwich....keep me posted on your outcome....oh yeah,..had to buy some smaller size pants last weekend!!!!

i do 10k on the cross trainer, and 10k on the treadmill everyday (2.5hrs). I keep my heart rate at around 125-130, and along with a controlled diet i have managed to lose 18lb in 4 weeks.

I went for a walk this morning! 2 miles. I plan to walk 5 days a week. I also want to join Planet Fitness for strength training. I need to get something that makes it easy to carry water with you!

@BakaTenshi1975 walking is very good and any activity is better than none.. but always remember your walking to exercise. that means keep the heart rate up and focus on what your there for. dont treat it as a little stroll down the road because thats not what walking to lose weight is about. you would have to triple the distance just "strolling" compared to walking for cardio

live video good to inspire people to take care of themselves i lost 60 lbs walking about 2-3 miles four to five times a week the eating is the hard part but i will try eating for raw food, ? are there any bears or cougars in those woods?,,lol

@Weilinjoey It depend on your age sex weight but if you do walk 4 to 5 times a week for 45t0 1 hour and eat well lots of fruit vegetables lean meat you will loss i am about 258 right know in september last year i was over 310 know i am trying to east less and try not to east past 7pm at night also try add some weights to your upper body and leg lifts for your stomach i was lazy this two last week because of vacation got to get back on regiment of walking and eating right..

@Weilinjoey be patient the first step is to start i have weeks that i let a day or so go bye without walking just don't give up get back on routine..and you will win the battle i also keep a spreadsheet with my weight miles reps for weight and food log of all i eat that day this will keep you accountable..God bless you keep on walking...

@Weilinjoey Keep it up i am down 251 and trying to get back on walking 2.2 miles at least 5 times a week got lazy last four weeks due to my daughter being out of school but last three day i have walked and try to do some weight also for upper body also try not to eat past 7pm and eat healthier and less of course lol

ok so if i was to walk 20 miles for 4 days a week and i was a 6 foot 4 inch..... 24 year old male, a little overweight....... how long would it take to melt away the fat............. i need to lose fat because i have got great muscular arms, chest and abs but i have about 15lb of fat covering them up, i need to get rid, i have a good diet but will this be effective???

@xCubanChik93 walking is the best way, but you should try doin a few stups or crunches or weight lifting, and don't forget, you seriously, shouldn't eat a lot of greasy food, it'll make you feel better if you dont, and your body will get used to healthy food, and like it more than unhealthy stuff, and you feel like a million bucks, also, try not drinking any soda, you can lose like 10-20 pounds just form not drinking soda.

@Terrybob123 Yep your body will just naturally eventually come to not like the foods you stop eating. I stopped drinking soda (I'll drink diet sometimes) and a couple months later I was going to treat myself to my favorite grape soda and almost threw it up. So my body has come to not be used to it and rejects it now.

you need to walk 23 miles a day 6 days a week and eat unpeeled grapefruits as your primary source of nutrition to increase your chances of survival. But on a long enough timeline, the survival rate for everyone drops to zero. Feel better! ;P
