I believe the idea of her character was seductive but deadly(If I remember correctly I got this from Wikipedia....anyone can edit wikipedia but the logic makes sense)with her Japanese voice +the suggestive walk+ her Ultra 2 whisper in the ear+ her taunts+ her win quote spell it out. Her Japanese voice fits the part and isn't annoying as fuck to me.
