So a private clinic huh?! Probably better care than the ones run by NHS right? I mean, the last time you went to one of their hospitals they took out your funny bone and tried to smooth things over with champaine and a Bently ride. And at least at a private clinic you got to sit down. I hear tell you have to stand in ques at the public ones. Anyway congrats man! How is Fanzy dealing with all this excitment?

@davideshafer unfortunately our local NHS trust doesn't do the 3d scans :( Well worth the pennies though to go and have it done, got a lovely 20 minute DVD and CD of pictures as well as some nice printed colour and back and white photos. true about queues if you have to go tho the emergency department but if you are seeing the a specialist by appointment they are usually quite quick. I have to say the £100,000's of surgery I've had over the years hasn't cost me a penny so NHS its upsides :)

@JoeAndTeddy We were Joe! Although I still have not been round the tanks/exhibitions we just popped in for a coffee and bite to eat...they had a lot of crab sandwiches in the cafe hope they don't make you pick them out of the tank! :)

During child birth, have the father (Rich) stand beside you, of coarse Rich will have to stand in a chair or something, so that his crotch area is even with the bed.

@drunkntailgater Going to the scans is brilliant for us dads as it makes it 'real' for us as the mums get to feel what's going on. Funny how many hospitals don't do the 3d such as in our areas so you have to pay to have them done privately...worth every penny though :)
