@80Spill Again I don't no anyone where I live (Deep South) who supports black nationalist groups like New Black Panther Party. Far as I know, they are the only ones that are openly a hate group. I haven't even heard Farrakhan saying anything towards "white" people in years. Farrakhan speaks more on black on black crime. Lincoln's well known position was to colonize the freed slaves in either central or south America. He financed a single trip of some 80 blacks which failed miserably.

Gates was a lecturer of Afro-American Studies in the late 1970's I believe at Yale. so he can be classified as a history teacher to that degree. He recently did a program related to black history on PBS.

Whites between the ages of 18-25 are found to be carrying drugs at 2X the rate than blacks of the same demographic, but blacks are profiled and searched 2X as often and in most cases aren't even carrying. Blacks are also more likely to serve time for drug offenses than whites, and when white's do serve, they recieve on avg. 75% less time (stats by your own gov).

So, sorry if blacks seem a little suspicious at times.
