@AmandaSHS0809 when you wash around your eyes, rub gently then pat them dry. Rarely do I have lashes fall off unless they've been on for a while and it's time to reapply them.
I must say you were a great help....I tried the strip lashes and omg that was the worst experience ever smh....I tried this after watching your video and I was amazed that with my first I DID IT!!!!!! (Cheers n applause).... All of my guy friends were like WOW!! This is definitely part of my new beauty regime.... Thanks for the video ;-)
omg, ive looked at so many videos on how to put on lashes but i could never get it right even with the strip lashes, after i stumbled upon this video (THANK GOD) i immediately put on my individual lashes an they look amazing thank you!
I've always been a fan of the false lashes..but the strips I can never put on by myself:( this morning I thought about the individual lashes and of course came here ur video was the 1st vid I seen...I immediately went and bought some it is so much easier for me and looks much better then the strip lashesc, more natural!! Thx great video!!!
hey, great video :) do you have to use a certain type of glue?? i usually use the revlon glue for my usuall lashes and tried to use it with the individual lashes but to no avail :(
@mmariiinitha usually about a week, week and a half....... maybe two if you can push it. You can't reuse them, the glue dries to hard for that and adding mascara and curling them..... they tend to look worn out by the weeks end. They last if you apply them right and gentle enough to take care of them.
Hi! Thanks so much for posting this, I found it really helpful. I had a question: if you apply these lashes, can you still curl the lashes, like days later? (cuz I have really straight lashes that MUST be curled daily, so I was wondering if it's ok to curl them after you've glued them on). Thanks!
HOw do you know its safe to apply them underneath the eyelid. The company made a video showing how to apply them and it was on top. I'm sure that will make it look more natural but I'd be scared to do it this way.
@chevon1920 on top or underneath, either way they hook to your lashes. if you apply them on top or under you just make sure they hook on really good and kepp the g;ue from getting into your eyes. ive seen it done both ways, just depends on what you like. ive tried both but to me i like it underneath, it just looks better to me.

I have a question! =) How long do you usually keep your lashes on. The pack that I bought says that they last for weeks. Do you usually keep them on for a while? Can you recycle them? Or do you just buy another pack?
@jmartinez085 Two weeks is the normal time they stay on. you cant reuse them cause the glue is rock hard, not like strip lashes where you just peel off the glue.

I've had the exact same kit of falsh lashes for almost a year now and every time I tried them, they fell off instantly! I was so bad with them. You're video helped so much! You're beautiful and keep up the great videos! :)
My Dear, You are gorgeous! you have a beautiful, classical facial structure.
Thank you for this video. I just bought my first Ardell lashes to try for fun. (I'm really not very good at this.) I'm a 40-something blonde-blue-eyed who has always had thin lashes---never cared until recently. I will enjoy this. I'm not sure I'll have his much success, but I thank you for the inspiration! Cheers!
@hpunkinway you are very welcome, and I'm sure you will do a great job. Its easier than most may think until they try it...........no matter what your age is.
Hi there! First, I need to thank you ALOT! This tutorial help me so much, cause im new with this stuff so,i have a little question, for the complete eye how many lashes did you used?I want to be sure if the ones that i have will be enof(sorry bad spelling). Please answer and thanks again;)
This was so very helpful and they look great. I have always wanted to try false lashes but they look so gaudy and fake; these look great on you. Have you ever-ever gotten the glue in the eye and if so what did you do. I guess that is my biggest fear. I am also happy to see you can wear them longer than one night. Thank you again.
WOW! You make it look sooo easy ! - I LOVe that you put them under the lash... I've never seen that before, but it definitely looks more natural that way. I'm definitely gonna try. THANKS!
Thank you so much for this! Do you ever glue then to the top of the lashes rather than under? Which is better if you do ?
I have always glued them to the top but my Mother en-law just got back from vacation and had them glued under...so i had to You Tube it to find out how to do it. and there you were :)
where did u get the pointed tweezers from? have you ever accidently put in on your waterline? im scared thats gonna happen to me!!! do you prefer the short length the best? how long do they last on you?
@northsideqirl you can get the pointed tweezers anywhere (walmart, target, ulta). yes i have gotten the glue on my water line. thats why you have to have steady hands cause the glue dries hard and you'll feel it everytime you blink, its hard and crunchy. just be sure to attach toyour lashes and if you do get it on the water line wipe it off before it dries. mines last a good week maybe a few days longer if you are gentle with them. if any fall off before then u can just replace them.
@northsideqirl p.s. the fumes and the hardness of the permanent glue is why i started usin the bonding glue. but in all fairness the permanent glue does last longer than the bonding glue. so it just depends on which you like using so try out both.
just wanted to say thanks for your helpful tip. my eye lash came out great, it took me a min to get the hang of it but it was well worth it. i have beautiful eye lashes now. Thanks again :)
@pinkybaybay1019 you are so very welcome. everyone thinks its hard but actually easier than you think, you just have to give it a try. glad you love them!
@ButterFlo yes, i use mascars when i wear them most of the time. it will wash off when you wash off your eye makeup, just be gentle when washing your eyes and pat dry.
@steale02 Well I gave it a try. I used the short black flair one's like you used in the video. They came out great! It only took me like 30 mins. I've never used individual lashes before and I did pretty dang good. Lol. Thanks for the tip.
@vampress814 they last a week maybe two at the most, by then you may have a few to start fallin off. i'v e seen them only in brown and black so those maybe be your only two choices. i started using the weave bonding glue cause its easier to remove them and doesnt have that hard crunchy feel and there no fumes.
@triniangel01 i havent trie the individual glue for strip lashes but i've had people tell me they have tried it. but the bonding glue i know you can use it on the strips as well as the individual.
I'm so glad I watched this; I just got some of these & I thought you were supposed to attach them to the TOP of your lashes - but in watching your video, I see you attached them to the bottom! That makes sense because if they were attached to the top, you would mess them up with a pencil eyeliner. I wore these years ago and that's how I put them on, LOL.....thanks for the video, great job.
@blessedNGDL soak really good with lash remover (ardell brand same as lashes from sally's) or what i use is baby oil cause unlike the remover when or if it gets into your eyes i doesnt burn. then use a q-tip and rub over in a rollin motion untill they come off. the longer you have them on the easier they come off.
@DaisyBoo44 i get my glue from sally's, i have also found some at one of my local beauty supply store. but i just go to sallys cause i know for sure they'll always have it. i havent been able to find it anywhere else.
I've always wanted to wear Lashes but never wanted to spend $15-20 on having someone apply them on for me. This tutorial helped me learn how to apply them myself and I believe I did a great job for it to be my first time applying them.
Thanx for this Tutorial; Keep up the good work!
P.S- Some have told me hair glue can be used to apply lashes also. Is that true or is it best to use lash glue, which one last longer?
@SeikoLynn22 i have herd of people using hair glue for their lashes and that it works just the same and its really good too. i have never used it so i cant give and opinion on it, but i say if your curious about it then give it a try and find out as much as you can first. like how to take the glue off, cause oil will make lash glue slip off i have no clue if that works for hair glue or not.
WOW. THAT IS REALLY CUTE. THANK U 4 THIS REVIEW. SOME ONE GAVE ME SOME INDIVIDUAL LASHES AND I DONT KNOW WHAT THE HECK TO DO WITH THEM. DOES YOUR CAMCORDER ALLOW YOU TO TAKE STILL PICTURES? FOR A FINAL LOOK AT THE END? THANK YOU FOR SHARING!!!
Very good video the clarity is perfect. I've been trying to find a video like this to judge if these type lashes look realistic enough. I really think they do on u. Right now I'm having eyelash extensions put on for 200 then 60 a week its crazy. But i'm going to try this at home because not only could I save alot of money they last the same amount of time. Thanks so much.
@tresjolieme81 wow!!! that is a lot of money. i try to do everythoing myself before i spend the money cause you never know, some things are much fore easyer than they seem.
@dippers18 they will last you a good two weeks if you take care of them. no oily face washes, dont rub and pat dry. yes i usually do put mascara on when i have them on. you can also curl them lightly, i do this after about a week just to that fresh look as if they are just put on.
@keke52284 they last about a good 2-3 weeks. but if you are like me( bad sleeper, i sleep all over the place and my face) then you might have to replace a few between time. they last if you take care of them.
@Evayne85 no. just wash gently around the eye area and pat dry. use all oil free products. if a few do fall off just replace them. be sure to attach them really good to your lashes cause thats what will hold them on, if not they will fall of before their time.
you make it look so easy if i tried to do that i think ill do just wat you said not to do and get glue all over my face and then get my eyes stuck together, but im still gone give it a shot because i like everything you do and you give me that inspiration.
@Snuggles69247 so do i. i cant get the strip lashes to look rigt, thats when i decided to give the individual lashes a try and i'm inlove with them. i would bypass them too thinking they were to complicated. but turns out they are easyer than strips for me.
Wow...that's amazing, your lashes look very real...I can't do that but good job

I've always wanted to wear Lashes but never wanted to spend $15-20 on having someone apply them on for me. This tutorial helped me learn how to apply them myself and I believe I did a great job for it to be my first time applying them.
Thanx for this Tutorial; Keep up the good work!
P.S- Some have told me hair glue can be used to apply lashes also. Is that true or is it best to use lash glue, which one last longer?
SeikoLynn22 1 year ago
@SeikoLynn22 i have herd of people using hair glue for their lashes and that it works just the same and its really good too. i have never used it so i cant give and opinion on it, but i say if your curious about it then give it a try and find out as much as you can first. like how to take the glue off, cause oil will make lash glue slip off i have no clue if that works for hair glue or not.

Thanks so much.

how long do they last for? and can u wear mascara on them each day you wear them? good tutorial x
dippers18 1 year ago
@dippers18 they will last you a good two weeks if you take care of them. no oily face washes, dont rub and pat dry. yes i usually do put mascara on when i have them on. you can also curl them lightly, i do this after about a week just to that fresh look as if they are just put on.

Girl, I'm sold! You got me wanting to try these lashes out! How long did they last for you?
keke52284 1 year ago
@keke52284 they last about a good 2-3 weeks. but if you are like me( bad sleeper, i sleep all over the place and my face) then you might have to replace a few between time. they last if you take care of them.
steale02 1 year ago
@steale02 do they come off when you wash your makeup off?
Evayne85 1 year ago
@Evayne85 no. just wash gently around the eye area and pat dry. use all oil free products. if a few do fall off just replace them. be sure to attach them really good to your lashes cause thats what will hold them on, if not they will fall of before their time.
