It's definitely about abduction. A man entices a young girl in a park, no one notices her leaving (her finger and thumb "disappear", as in, he takes her hand in his). "A fumble and a kiss" may refer to rape, after which the kidnapper "buried her down in this hall". This could mean he's hiding her in his home, or that he literally buried her alive in the ground ("under these stones...").

i have several ideas but none of them really fit. it seems to be talking about some kind of young girl that maybe be abused or has emotional issues of some kind. it seems like she might have died because of the "under these stones" part (i.e. a tomb stone).

i'd really like to know too though!
