I like Lunatica, but I was listening to this song and I knew I had heard something very similar and it was bothering me, then I realized it was the Nightwish song. It's not that any one part is identical, it's the overall similarities which are numerous and undeniable by anyone who isn't deaf. Especially when you consider the overall similarity of the bands and the fact that both albums are from the same year. If I'm not mistaken, they're even in the same key.

Just listen to "Devil & The Deep Dark Ocean" by Nightwish. The first accords of it are very similar to these ones. But I can't say anything about stealing or plagiarism, because things like that happen, and noone can do anything with it. (Just remember "Eva" and "Whirlpool")
