  • I'd give you my first born child for this. Got any schematics you'd be willing to share?

  • its great.can u pls send me the circuit schematic.pls want to build one.

  • Great sounds dude :) What did you use for the VCO?

  • Awesome, man! I want to learn to do this too. Where did you begin learning?

  • this is one of the best synth demo on you tube, can i get schematic or some information ? i want make this for me,and my keyboard. if you can do it i will be thankful to you.

  • Can you share the schematics?

  • how much do you want for one?

  • Are you still building these and could I order one from you with banana instead of minijacks? I want one of these, it's my favourite noisebox demo on youtube

  • sry m8 but atm i stoped working on that project. and i also have to tell ya that this one won´t be build again. it´s a unique unit thats now somewhere out there...

  • did you build this or somthing ?

  • yes it´s completly made by me

  • Out there? Did it finally manage to teleport itself into another universe?

  • How are these switches of the synth called in english?

    sorrry, bad english (german) !!

  • i would say "toggle switches"

dunno if they got any special names i only know this one ^^

  • Thanks

  • you can use DIP switches

  • whats with the sistemically annoying volume fading? 0_o

  • thats the vca wich does not cut the sound to -90db 0_o

why? couse its not working like a vca ;)

and thats the reason why this synth is a prototype...

  • what happens when you put a bunch of 555 chips that would modifty the signal from the last chip? would there be any good sounds from that, i was planning on doing that but you seem llike a master of this lol!

  • the only waveform you´ll get out then would be square also... i tested it once but it was not my favorit sound and the options what you can get out of this are limited in my opinion

  • ok so it would be better than to put the chips in a "parallel " configuration where the output of all of the chips would combine into one output where multiple frequencies would be going and modifying a sound together as one sound wave. i guess that makes alot of sense. a "series" connection of chips modifting the one before would not be interesting and that makes alot of sense! thanks alot! i have made 2 transistor occilators before and that was sweet making an electronic chord! lol, thanks!

  • is the fading in and out part a voltage controlled chip lol thats sweet, so great! so if i made a duty cycle array(two 555chips one modifying the other) and then feed the total inputs of a bunch of these arrays set up to one output, i would get a sweet infinite amount of sounds then right lol?i guess ill start soon. thanks for the help! awesome work! favorited and 5 stars!

  • but remember even if you make the 555s parallel the waveform will still be some kind of square with changing witdh. so maximum you´ll get is a pulse witdh modulation but never a sine wave or smth else.. but go ahead with your studies and have fun... ;)

  • Is it too much to ask for the schematics?

    It is, isn't it?

  • I agree: pretty please?

  • it really sounds great! You should build one that has midi..

  • don´t think bad about me but i think i´ll stay away from midi ;)

next version shall only have cv in and trigger in for the sequenzer but no midi.

  • do you make synth for maney?

how much this synth should be costs?

    is beautiful!

    very fat sound!

  • is that a standard projectbox?

  • don´t know what a projectbox is :D

but it´s a standart case you can buy everywhere

  • Super, i use a mechanic Resonator !

  • Thats alot of Knobs and swirches....AWSOME!!!!

  • the next one will have less switches but much more knobs :D

  • Cool one.

  • please do a how to video

  • could you send some schematics?

  • sorry but all the "shematics" are in my head and they are changing all the time cause of the new synth i´m going to build...

  • Ahh.. love it. Wish I could make my own synthesizers too.

  • it´s not so difficult.

    try it :D

  • Got any tips on getting started?

  • hm... difficult. some knowledge about electronics would be fine. or you try to build small synth that allready exist but this don´t mean you understand how they are working... a book is allways a good option. but, perhaps after reading it you loose your interest in it... it can be verry boring :D

  • Well, at least, how about tips on adding a midi port, so i can connect it to a keyboard perhaps?

  • ehm... my prototype f.e. is not conectable to midi. you can´t control it from outside couse most of the parts are not working via cv.

but generally you can buy little complete midi devices where the converting from midi to voltage and the other way round is done in. so you don´t have to think about how it works. and i´ll be true m8, i don´t wan´t to build things with midi. i will keep it oldscool so my synth will be only controlable via cv in.

  • really nice!

  • Great sond! Very interesting.

  • how did you implement the mod matrix? i too build (modular) and small synths and am intrigued by the idea of using switches instead of cables in a small format. is there a schematic available for any of the small parts (vco, vcf, etc)

    thanks

subjectivity at hot mail dot com

  • lovely! when do you think these could be up for grabs?

im always up for interesting new noise makers.

  • do you sell it?

  • yes i will. made a few songs with and will now build a new one.

    check out ebay next weeks

  • very cool mini synth, lots of capabilities i guess.

i also like the layout and the compact size !

how is it triggered (via keyboard/trigger input or by itself)?

  • the sound vcos and lfos are triggerd by themself via the routingmatrix. the vca is trigger by max. 2lfos in the vca section.

  • nice work!!!

  • I love the layout! Well done.

  • Cool sounds, cool look!

    Just a bit too little...
