  • people will use drugs no matter if it's legal or not, you should look into another country of Portugal, where after decriminalization of all drugs "street drug related deaths from overdoses drop and the rate of HIV cases crashes". It all started with a correct theory: "focusing on treatment and prevention instead of jailing users would decrease the number of deaths and infections."

  • while i agree that marihuana should be legalized, i have a hard time with your argumentation. the comparison with rat poison is rather futile, since that's not what people want to put into their bodies. the whole discussion usually revolves around the health issues connected to the drug and you just don't get any from rat poison for that matter...

also, easy on the numbers. those are far from accurate. especially the american ones are blown up by using questionable research tactics.

  • only 10% there are being considered regular users and only this core per centage is valid for comparisons

your little bill hicks claim of no one ever having died of using mj is not true. there are studies that linked mj to the harshest form of testicle cancer. other studies claim that it furthers the proliferation of cancer cells, so be careful with those claims. compared to alcohol or cigarettes mj fares pretty well, but that's not really an argument, is it?

  • "there are studies that linked mj to the harshest form of testicle cancer"

I'd like to see the sources for these. I've heard plenty of claims like this (ranging form testicular cancer to impotence) over the years, and each and everyone of those turned out to be.. well, not *exactly* true, to put it mildly.

As for the comparission between cannabis and alcohol/nicotine... that's a discussion far to complex for a 500 char limit ;-)

Let me just say that I'd like to see *equal standards*.

  • sure, check it out:

    bio-medicine org/medicine-news-1/Marijuana-Linked-to-Aggressive-Testicular-Cancer-36070-4/

the site is a nice source for tons of medicinal studies, not just those covering mj and of course there are positive as well as negatives alike. as for the char limit, i agree lol

  • You're an idiot.

  • dont worry, he also knows it. Thats why he's trying to look "smart"

  • Nazi trolls. How cute.

  • Maybe BSB1 is but I'm not. And just because he happens to agree with me that you're an idiot means nothing beyond the agreement, itself.

Of course you're too fucking stupid to understand that. It's no surprise you overcompensate in your presentation - which still doesn't help you by the way.

    ;)

  • So simply speaking into a crappy webcam resulting in a video of questionable technical quality now qualifies as "overcompensating in presentatation".

Dayum. How's life over there in bizzaro world?

  • I was talking about you. You're pretentious.

  • And you've got the reading comprehension of a 5-year-old.

  • And yet I still have you beat.

  • NO YOU!

Seriously. Is your pretentious line of reasoning going anywhere?

  • You're still responding :)

  • Indeed I am. I find you.... quite fascinating, in a very morbid kind of way. Please, do go on.

  • Who are you talking to?

  • I think it would be legalized sooner or later, since I was at a party yesterday, and out of 500 people, 400 of them were smoking pot at least one time during the party. I talked to them, half of the 50 I talked to were regular pot smokers.

  • There is a war on drugs to control the economies of the world. The fear of the government does not stem from the well-being of it's subjects, only from the well-being of its state. If drugs were made legal, then the economy of the drug trade would be legitimate, and those regions that produce the drugs would become inifinitely more powerful.

  • as soon as i heard Third Eye..

i knew this was guna be a good vid.

    legalize marijuana!..

there is better drugs and better drugs for you than the ones that are now legal like alcohol..marijuana is a much better drug and a much better drug for you than alcohol..Y'know..

listen to Bill Hicks' views on the subject ..

just listen and learn. hes a rediculously smart man...for those of you who do not know who this man is...check him out.

  • Awsome video man

    Danka

  • stuff like that comes out soon no?

  • cyborgs and computers focus on that instead let's dehumanize ourselves and go all cyber make a large international computer network, cryogenically freeze our bodies and live forever inside of that information highway...

(yea right) lol we can probably come a little closer tho... to that and

I have a question what if someone made QUALITY BODY PARTS FROM ROBOTIC THINGYS I GUESS WE CAN'T MAKE STUFF THAT ARE BETTER THAN THAT AND SO THEREFORE HAVE MORE FUN OR HEY ENZYMES FOR SUPERHUMAN QUALITIES

  • Start with "illgal drugs", and then let churches pay their fair share of taxes. We'll get out of the recession and get the National Debt paid off in record time!

Taxes aren't such a terrible thing, if it wasn't for all the people trying to squeeze by and not pay their fair share.

  • Why tax marijuana? I already explained this. Read it again: This would bring about higher quality lower cost and bring relief to the legal system.

Prohibition only caused a gigantic black market with unreasonably high prices as well as low quality alcohol that left thousands dead from instant poisoning.

I have never and don't ever intend to use drugs like LSD, cocain, heroin or even marijuana. Legal or not, there will always be people who are not interested in that kind of experience.

  • You have schizophrenia

  • My little brother is prescribed enough speed (Concerta) to keep me wired for days on end. I could walk into any highschool parking lot and buy virtually unlimited quantities of these drugs for very little money. We warn our kids about pot, but remind them to take their daily does of amphetamines before school. What a wacked out world we live in.

  • insane in the membrain

  • Didn't watch because my opinion is clear on the matter: They always talk about marijuana as a soft drug with which people start and then they get themselves harder drugs and so on, dependency, blah blah blah. Alcohol is way more dangerous than marijuana if they think about drugs that people begin with they should also ban coffee, or herbs. Alcohol is only "respected" because it is part of the culture in many countries. Marijuana should be legalized.

  • ELStalky you should still watch the video even if you have made up your mind, its called being open minded. Take that attitude to any debate on legalising it and it will never get legalised. Besides his arguement is for the legalisation.

  • I don't have the time watch all the videos of the people i am subscribed to, i also already saw one video by killersepp in which he talked about this, i know his opinion. It is not really my intention to debate the matter, i just stated my current opinion, which is open to criticism. Marijuana is not of great interest to me since i normally don't even drink alcohol or use other drugs.

  • Fair enough, I thought you may have just been someone going from video to video blindly stating their view and not paying attention to anything else. This is not the case so it doesn't really matter.

  • Personally, I believe all drugs should be legalized and taxed. This would bring about higher quality lower cost and bring relief to the legal system.

  • Killersep, what about HARD drugs? It seems like a block on freedom to punish those who use those drugs. That is my argument anyway, and my friends say "But more people will try heroin if it is legal and then more addictions etc". I am not sure how bad that would be compared to how many people are shot and killed over it now. What do you think?

  • Why would you punish someone for what they do with their OWN body?

People die in drug related deaths most often because: Greedy dealers can charge exorbitant amounts of money for drugs, which drives the addicted to act in desperation, addicts are often unable to hold jobs due to their addiction leading them to seek incomes from crime, they inject in unsafe conditions, when over doses occur their friends are less likely to phone for help as they fear being blamed or persecuted themselves.

  • The "hard drugs" would become safer since the greedy pushers would be out of the loop... clean drugs :O

No more cutting the shit with rat poison!

Every time a government has tried to "ban" something, the demand goes up...

    It's just human nature.

  • I am on you're side I think.
