Thank you so much for posting this video. It brings back fond memories of my St. Bernard. He wasn't your typical St.Bernard. He looked more like a mastiff. I sure loved that big guy. Unfortunately, he passed away January 8, 2008. I still miss him. Watching your video of yours snoring brought back so many good memories, because Cutter, our dog did the same thing. Also, I don't know if your dog does this, or you just didn't wan't to record it, but our Cutter passed alot of gas.

That is so cute! i have my dog sleep next to my bed just to hear her snore. It keeps me awake, but I love her snores! I'm known to cuddle her in the middle of the night...

Sounds like your dog has sleep apnea. Some people get an operation on the soft pallet for their dogs so they don't get the side affects of sleep apnea. Just in case you want to have yours checked. It does affect their health just like with humans. But cool, funny video!

we have a saint from canada an he is the most dirtyst, smellyst thng i ever seen! dirt grows on him!! he also gets bad ear and eye infections, hes never outa da vets!! hes a good gaurd dog tho, he bits every1 when he plays

heck no my pit is a freaking sweet heart, he helped me raise a cat that i rescued, he loves that cat! plus saints are like 10 times the size of a pit(thats not really the number but still) i think it would be fun to have both

they are not guard dogs , they are good watch dogs , their presence is generally enough to deter an intruder,

Benny is lovley, my boy Phoenix snores really loud too, we can hear him upstairs if he's in the kitchen.

Saint Bernards are great family dogs: very loyal and naturally protective. I would not get one if there are small children in the house. Damage done is usually unintentional; we don't call him "Benny the Bull" for nothing! The protective value is only there when awake. Often he doesn't hear me coming in the house. As you can see, he is a sound sleeper. Overall, I love the breed and have had five Saints so far.
