Restylane or Juvederm are probably your best bet first, since it only lasts about 6 months. If your wife is happy with the look she can then get the implants.=)
I know someone who had them done and at first they are puffy but now they are fav. Dr. Salzhauer is one of the first in the country to do lip implnats.
now all she needs to do is change her whole personality lol

I find lip implants to be beautiful. A mouth with fulller lips is all i want for x-mas =)
