People who say that marrying someone from oversea is stupid and dumb need to grow up. Regardless of where you're from, as long as you have a brain to learn, you will catch up to society. My husband is from Laos and guess what? He's probably smarter than those of you taking crap on here. Most of the Hmong American now a days were born in Laos and Thailand and migrated to US. With years of education, some excel in having there own business. Couple years in America and they will blend in.

his wife just delivered a baby girl last month and he and his wife have to move out to live in a small one bed room because it's against hmong culture to stay with her parents. After a month they will come back to live with her parent.

Yes, the girl in the front of the camera is his wife. She is pretty. She is also a American born Hmong girl. Nowadays, a lot of Hmong Thai men are marrying pretty Hmong American women, but we don't really know that because most of their life are stable. Whereas the ones we often see and hear that are divorce running back and forth are usually the guys who marry old grandmas and divorcees.

Some marry in their mid 30-40 age, they still don't know what a wife and marriage material role they should be carrying out, but some marry in their mid teens, they carry out their role very well. It all depend who they are. If they are wife material wise or not? But life is a learning step and we can't for see our future ahead of time either.
