  • Haha, still funny as always. I'm glad to see you and your family are doing well in the months following the quake. I know all too well about not having time to do videos. I haven't made one in a year and I miss it lots. =/

I subbed to your justintv channel. Should be a fun time, if I catch it. Take care, Samtron. Happy New Year and good luck to you and your family in the new year. =)

  • lol, looks like we should be mailing you some sticks of deodorant. Good luck with work. Happy holidays Samtron. Your games you don't play series has been missed.

  • Dammit guys. Leave her alone. It's her choice if she decided to move down to Japan, stop gaming and raise a kid. It's perfectly natural to follow your dreams.

  • you stink because of your diet, thats what comes out of your pours. maybe you eat japanese food often now, but you whole life you had a diff diet, mi amor

  • How come you looking gorgeous after getting struck by a Tsunami?

  • I'm with Reviewmaster007. It's hard to find that jtv channel without that link! :P

  • Guess those english teachers smell like wtf lol

  • I miss seeing your videos, but it's understandable that you have more of a life than that. I'm glad you're doing well.

On a racist note; Asians are superior to everyone. That's why they don't stink as bad.

On a sexist note; you're filming from the kitchen. lulz

  • Dear, Samtron5000

Have you ever been to a place called Ramen Jiro? I heard it was the toughest eating experience known to man. I was curious because it seems like the place to go.

  • get the fuck out of the way and let us see what kinda tv that is

if its not pioneer or sony you're a fucking bitch

  • anyone with a ps3 and mw2 add me

especialy samtron i bet yur good at shooting games

  • Samtron, it's time to review FABLE.

  • I think you do not have to worry about how you can help your son in his studies. It is true that you grew up in another country with another culture ... But with regard to Japanese history, or grammar, or anything else, it will be the work of its teachers, not yours ! ;)

What is certain in any case is that to worry about these issues makes you a good mother, and that's all he needs.

(Forgive my English very "academic", but I can not do better! ^ ^ ')

  • Still in the kitchen huh? Well that's what happens when you are raped and forced into marriage by a Yakuza member.

  • as of may 26, American media has not updated info on the disaster. to me this is sad how we forget such a big event in just a matter of a month or so. but may i ask are you still having updates from japans media on the events?

  • hi ST!

  • I miss your videos, but I understand that other priorities are far more important. Random videos are always nice though.

You should make one at the arcades around there if you get the time!

  • gamertag? =P

  • when does she take her shirt off?

  • HEY! glad your alright. keep em coming.

  • teachers comment was hilarious sam lol. Ever thinking about visiting the US ever once and a while? Or possibly moving back? I often wonder about Magi-bon as well since she must get tired of being idol?

  • Today inhabitants of the cities of Iitatemura and Kawamatamachi have to leave their towns forever.. both cities are far outside the 40 kilometer no-go-zone. more evacuations are to follow. meanwhile the tepco admitted meltdowns in at least 3 reactors. admitted also that reactor 1 blew skyhigh after the reactor meldet down. makes reactor 1 alone like tschernobyl. when will you use your responsibility and use this channel to warn your people instead of talking about how great everything is..

  • @Duphe Its a 20km no-entry zone, and its 30km away from Fukushima Daiichi. In Fukushima Prefecture. Far away from Tokyo. North of Tokyo.

Yes yes, we have all heard the news about the "Meltdown," well DUH, nobody ever said it didn't melt down in the first place. It was assumed that it had, but they couldn't say yes or no until they could get proof. Admitted the reactor 1 blew skyhigh? We all watched the explosions happen live on TV as it happened. Warn what people? 530,000 ppl left!

  • @Duphe You have to remember the SIZE of Tokyo. If they thought that even for an instant that radiation levels would be dangerous in any way in Tokyo they would do something about it as soon as possible to protect Japan's most important city. They wouldn't let 50 million people rot in this city. This is why the Hamaoka plant was closed, it posed a much bigger threat than Fukushima ever did and ever will to Tokyo. Go fear monger somewhere else!

Geiger counter for Japan: radiation.goo.ne.jp/

  • @samtron5000 the size of tokio is relevant, but in another way: 50 mio. people cannot be evacuated. in no way. so what are the options: make them unhappy and tell them the truth? or let them stay there and keep up the country. if radiation levels would be dangerous for tokio, they have no other choice than to chose between those two options. you cannot build a wall or else against radiation.

  • Theres no arguing with morons

  • @samtron5000 your government lied to you, tepco lied to you, and u still defend those people who dont give a fly about you or your son as long as they look good and get their bonuses...

  • @Duphe What Im giving you, evidence that Tokyo is safe, has nothing to do with TEPCO. You can buy a geiger counter in Akihabara and see for yourself what the radiation level is in Tokyo! TOKYO IS SAFE.

  • @samtron5000 Tokio is not safe. hxxp:// zasshi.news.yahoo. co.jp/article?a=20110520-00000018-pseven-pol hightened radiation in numerous places inside tokio, government still covering up the desaster now reaching the suburbs...

  • @samtron5000 Thanks for that Geiger counter link... pretty awesome, Some people know so little about Radiological health and Radiation in general, that they over react... I have been a radiographer, and I can say that while deadly, and genetically dangerous... not understanding radiation and such is equally so. You sound like a pretty awesome woman. Best of luck Momma. Got any room on that gametag list of yours? What does the hubby do?

    Anyway, not to creep...

    ;P

    Take it easy, and enjoi!

  • @samtron5000 You're a deluded zombie.

  • @samtron5000 sam i hope ur doing okay because i know its tough living in another country and i know the pain u feel when u leave the us i hope ur doing okay ur in my prayers :) god bless u

  • Good to see everything is getting back to normal

  • LOL

  • Ahh hokkaido always gotz t3h shaft... sadz

otherwize... your necklace is rad :D

  • I was wondering, right there at the end you said "talk about video games and other..." is it naughty things or nutty things? My logic side tells me its nutty, but I cannot help but hope its naughty :p. Joking aside, I'm gonna join justin tv to see if I can catch you cooking. I might get some recipes :D.

  • boring

  • @AngryMrBubbles What do either of you know about growing up in a foreign country? Are you guys immigrants? lol He would learn Japanese whether he went to daycare or not. The only benefit for him to be at daycare is that I can work and he can have social interaction, but it has nothing to do with language. As I have said before.. Kids are like sponges. He will learn Japanese, and English, and be fluent/native in both. Trust me.

  • @samtron5000 Can't say I disagree with you too much. The reason I got a phat PS3 was so that I could play PS2 titles on it. If Sony had never made a backwards compatible PS3, who knows which console I would've gotten.

  • @AngryMrBubbles

I'm not sure exactly how well that applies when the child won't be able to communicate with the other children at Day Care. I'm sure they've been speaking English to their child, which would in turn cause confusion when he is the only child at Day Care speaking the language his parents taught him. It might also lead to a certain sense of estrangement and the other children might tease him or ignore him for being different. Children can be cold, heartless, little monsters.

  • @ellpoyohlokoh What are you talking about? LOL it never ceases to amaze me how ignorant people are about small children. My son is 15 months old, which means he's just now starting to spit out a new word here and there. His dad speaks ONLY Japanese to him and I speak ONLY English to him. He can understand Japanese. He knows lots of Japanese words... He knows MORE English words but.. You need to understand that children are like sponges. They can learn 3 languages at a time at this age.

  • can i stick in pooper?

  • I REALLY MISS YOUR GAME VIDEOS!

  • i always thought it would be nice to be a english teacher in japan . that is a job which pays quite well.

  • you could always hack the ps3 and load your own games.

  • Add me on xbox360 ChemikillBioHaz

  • Yeah 360 .P

  • *he smells like a flower* hahahha

  • @samtron5000 well the positive of that media hype is more charity donations most of which should hopefully help. Also I've got to ask, does your son have an accent yet? I'm "international" and I ended up having no definable accent :p

  • @andyhowzer to sum it up... he says "juice" as "Joooosh" and "shoe" as "shoooosh" .... Hes 15 months old. :p Better have a native North American accent though. Most halfs whos parents are from North America and did it correctly do.

  • So good to hear from you again!

  • O hai sam.

  • 緑茶はおいしいわよ。

  • やあ、みんな ときどきでてくる私よ。

  • @moogledotcom She liked mother so much, and now she's a mother, lol

  • you made me laugh talking about those english teachers must stink XD If I lived there, I would have my family send me deodorant lol. I really like these videos where you talk about your life and stuff or just life in japan i think it's really interesting, more so than the gaming(although i like those too). :3

  • Good to see/ hear from you :)

  • I didn't quite understand what you meant about the western media incorrectly portraying the disaster...What were some things that they were saying which were not factual? Could you elaborate? Like were they saying that the Japanese people were not handling it as well as they really were, or was the whole thing not as bad as they made it seem or something? I'm just really curious about your POV now, cause I was so interested in hearing what you were gonna say, but then you didn't really explain.

  • @esotericagenda For instance, Fox News showed a map of all of the nuclear plants in Japan listing "SHIBUYAEGGMAN" (In Tokyo) as one of them.... That's a night club in Tokyo. CNN made up a "Map" of how radiation would somehow reach the United States and cause everyone to get sick/cancer, which made a lot of people stupidly go to buy iodine pills and take them when they don't need to/shouldn't. Showing images of people suffering and saying "Terrible conditions at Nuclear Plant!" When the two

  • @esotericagenda have nothing to do with each other. Stupidly reporting "Acid rain," that radiation has reached Michigan.. Wording things in specific ways to make them seem more horrible than they are such as "RADIATION DETECTED IN TOKYO" (but they dont say how much) or "PLUTONIUM LEAKED FROM NUCLEAR PLANT" (But they dont say where or why) and "MASS EVACUATIONS OF FOREIGNERS" when the US GOV website repeatedly said Tokyo was safe. THOUSANDS left Japan for no good reason because of this.

  • @samtron5000 Okay, I see what you're saying...Yeah, I agree, they're just trying to hype up and sensationalize with those unspecific headlines, basically to get peoples interest so they can get views...And how people thought that they were going to be effected half way across the world was ridiculous. It's pretty enraging now that I think about it. Just so you know, I don't watch or agree with mainstream media, and I was interested in hearing what someone had to say who was actually there.

  • @esotericagenda what this girl doesnt understand is, that fukushima alone is like 4 times the desaster of tschernobyl and she is picking some incorrect statements of the worst tv channels like fox news for downsizing to make herself believe it would be all fine..

  • @Duphe LOL its not chernobyl! Chernobyl was completely different, much older, was a human error and the explosion type was severely different not to mention the explosion was much more severe and the USSR tried to cover it up from its people and the surrounding people.

You can buy a dosimeter in Akihabara or on the internet. Plenty of independent ones going 24/7. You can see the radiation in and around Tokyo. Your country's media is worse than Fox news. Go fearmonger somewhere else.

  • @samtron5000 you are right, it is not chernobyl. in chernobyl the earth was contaminated with 550.000 bacquerels, in fukushima and the surrounding areas the earth is now contaminated with 14,7 Mio. bacquerels. This is reporting japanese media, not fox news or something...

    hxxp:// mdn.mainichi.jp/ mdnnews/news/ 20110511p2a00m0na018000c.html

  • @Duphe I keep up with the Japanese news just fine, good thing I don't live in Fukushima.

  • What worried me most was that power plant that was damaged but that turned out much less harmful than previously believed

  • @samtron5000 whats ur xbox gamertag?

  • @samtron5000 actually i've noticed the same pattern at my own place. i play ps2 way more than ps3.

the games are just more interesting. or i'm just at that age where i prefer older gaming hardware.

  • thanks for the check-up, glad to know your doing fine and your family is well

  • im glad u and ur family r ok samtron, btw i would like u 2 acknowledge that im starting a LP of earthbound. And did u know that the mother 1+2 (the mother 1 part) fan translation came out? including the easy ring. its on earthbound central. i cant wait, its almost the end of the year 4 me at school, im graduating 2 high school, im excited!!... and nervous. either way, im looking forward to your future videos. this is raymaster32 and im saying peace out

  • JP X360 has sooooo many awesome shmups. Mushihimesama Futari, ESP Galuda, Ketsui etc.

  • When you hop on Justin.tv, make sure you tweet a link or post a quick video here on YouTube. That way, I'm more likely to see your live shows.

  • are there other girls in the world like you?

  • @dabulls108 Yes. Millions.

  • @samtron5000 I should start looking then haha

  • hope you can keep making videos :)

  • Samtron, you are like fine wine. You only get better with age.

  • if i had a ps3 i wouldn't go online at all i'm old school i'm gonna get my ps3 soon when the price drops to 200$ i love my ps2 it still works whenever i play ps1 and ps2 tittles sony's the best

  • Samtron, I don't know if you know this, but you're the best.

  • /virtualhug

    :D

  • People of oriental descent don't sweat because they derived from Mongols. Mongolia has a very dry, cold climate so there isn't really any need for them to sweat.

Off topic: How do you feel about cleaning your husband or son's ears from earwax? It seems like a tradition for Asian mothers. I love it when my mother cleans my ears.

  • @koopatroopa Haha well I clean my sons ears, but he's 15 months old and cant do it himself. As for my husband? Nah man, thats sick, he can clean it himself. lol

  • @koopatroopa My parents were born in vietnam, my grandparents were born in china, I sweat a shit of a load. Even when its not hot. How do you explain this?!

  • samtron do you make trips back to the USA to visit your family?!

  • StinkTron5000!

  • Actually most Xbox games are never properly translated to asian languages and many remain in english. That's part of the reason the console doesn't do well over there. Not surprising if a lot of the games you find for it are in english. Surprising that you sold your PS3 considering you bought a bunch of games for it from the PSN. Can't get that money back! Anyway my opinion is 2 weeks without PSN >>> red ring of death and Xbox Live's own bugs. Good luck to your kiddo in school.

  • This video is legit because she's filming from the kitchen.

  • Hey Samtron it is awesome to hear from you.

    Glad everything is going well.

Been worried about you all over there.

By the way what is you justin.tv account I can't find it?

  • i just bought mother 3 to support japan :) and mother 1+2

  • WHats your Justin.tv account?? :o

  • Import deodorant?

    In bulk?

  • I love you Samtron! I will be awaiting the day you begin making reviews again! :]

  • the chinese version is in english, lol

  • It's not like PSN is going to be down forever. Seems kind of hasty completely abandoning the PS3 simply b/c the network's been down for a couple weeks, don't you think? Xbox Live has been down and hacked in the past too.

  • is his name Shin-chan?

  • Asians do stink in the heat, especially those born and raised in North America like me. It was rough when I visited China.

  • SAMSAMSAMSAMSAMSAMSAM

    TRONTRONRONTRORNTRONTRON

  • You come from America, you should know that we only sell fear over here.

  • we love you samtron!

  • This YouTube Therapy session has been great. I feel we improved since the last videos you sent in. You are still a sexy MILF.

    P. S. Lay off the Liquor , unless it helps make the 3-5 min videos about games. Great work.

  • you know if you made like a quick 2-5 minute video about video games that will me happy i dont know about other subcribers though

  • Dude. Don't worry about your kid throwing a fit and crying over leaving the house to go to daycare. I was the same exact way, I remember I hated it because I didn't want to leave the house and be away from my loved ones(mom) But once I got used to it(it took a couple weeks) it was pretty fun and I met a lot of friends. It just took some getting used to. I'm sure it's the same for a lot of kids.

And rock on with the 360! I have both a PS3 and Xbox but I love my 360. I hope you do too ^_^

  • It's really sad how much more obvious the exaggerations in our media become when compared to news from NHK and the like. Good to see you guys are doing alright in any case. Considering taking you up on that justintv offer, but would love to eventually see new videos being uploaded here again. Take your time though, most of us have been patient thus far anyway :).

Best wishes to your family in general!

  • It's nice to see you again :)

  • Why is your son at daycare when you're at home?!?!

  • Me luv u so much!.......i that weird internet kinda way XD

  • Western media and fear go hand & hand

  • Nice to hear from you again. That is a nice looking apartment Yeah, when I was stationed in Japan I would hear remarks about how Americans smelled, same thing in the Philippines. I used to think it was the beef vs fish diet, but maybe not.

Yeah, American media. It's nice that we're able to watch NHK & Al Jazeera, plus other international news channels now, a more balanced view of what's happening in the world..

  • Are you kinda rich? That's a nice home lol

  • hey glad you're ok :) and yes.. yes.. we do stink... we stink bad! I stink right now :/

    no solid deodorant? D:

  • look if she sold her ps3 its her decision im wating on skyward sword right psn will be back but it will take a while these things arent easy to restore also sony has loss a big amount of users for this good thing i was playing my wii at the time

  • Well I know your safe thats good, I was thinking the western media was bring this out of preportion, as you and lukemose are both in good shape,

so I hope evething goes good for you lol

  • dude buy right guard off with power stripe pit stick of amazon

  • samtron stinks lol

  • For you trying to give your son the best possible Education is totally normal.

I'm glad you Guys are ok

hehe you drink the same green tea i sometimes pick up at a store in Zurich :)

  • All Asians when they sweat smell like cherry blossoms. Also, Samtron you can hire me I'm trilingual. I'm fluent in English, Spanish, and Japanese. Glad to see a new video from you. Take care (:

  • A bit premature selling the PS3, PSN will be back.

Its a good thing I am not there, I'd be walking around in a Vault 101 jumpsuit.

  • Playstation is seriously in bad shape now

  • hmm selling your PS3 because PSN has been down a couple weeks seems a bit premature ... I'm guessing you didn't like it much anyway. Why not just buy an xbox to play online while you wait eh ?

Also Samtron, you do realise you're going to have to possibly buy another one if you wish to change your password & remove your credit card details etc.

Anyway good to hear you're ok matey : )

  • @kikko4E She can change her password and stuff online at the PSN website. Not that she needs to change it, her old password is no longer accepted. She would only need to change it if she wanted to get back on PSN. As for credit card information, Sony only keeps the card number, they don't keep the expiration date or security number on the back that are required to use the credit card. So her credit is safe too.

  • so much happened earthquake, khaddafi went beserk and osama got killed, yes alot happened and its still the beginning of the year and the new decade,

  • it's not like PSN is never coming back Samtron, geez

  • It's good that You and your family are safe Samtron! I hope Everything's alright in Japan as well! Long time no Vlog hehe!

  • Fear mongering! >:O

  • Hey, if you're near Akiba I hear there are literally dozens upon dozens of cafes there. I know, it's contemporary and I'm not sure if people tip there, but a cafe always needs a good manager, right!

  • you´re the most beautyful girl on youtube to me :)

  • Sweet, do a video from Akihabara!

  • Glad to hear you and the family are ok. You gotta give us some vids of the kid playing games when he gets older. Maybe a games you dont play featuring your son.

  • Alright so I was looking at my subscriber box and I noticed your name and thought it sounded familiar so I check out your channel and I haven't seen one of your videos in like 2 years O__O

  • I'm so glad you layed out the truth on how the American media dealt with the disaster. Fox News, CNN, etc. were being all chicken little like always, I switch to BBC, and see a story about a family who lost mom in the tsunami. Instead of mourning and putting up wanted posters, they go out every day to work together to find mom, dead or alive. That really put a tear to my eye.

  • I remember when I was 4 years old, My mom used to drop me off at pre-school. I would cry at first seeing her leave, but I would get used to it after a while, and the teachers were very nice and I made a few friends. After a while my mom would pick me up and I wouldn't want to leave cause I was having so much fun.

  • curtains... yeah haha

  • I really like listening to you talk :). If you're not a YouTube Partner, you should consider going for it. You meet the criteria and you'd unlock more options for your channel.

You have a great smile! Hope you have time to post more often.

  • Don't even bother listening to idiots like Duphe, people like him see one scare-story on the media and think they know more than everyone else. I wasn't surprised to learn he is German from his profile page--German media is one of the absolute worst about this. The fact is you can look up radiation levels yourself for any place you live or want to go, and 95% of Japan has completely normal levels.
