haha I've got a pro computer. I can easily run it on the highest graphics. If you read what i said below you'd understand why my graphics are set to very crappy. it's because you play better with low graphics. Being a pro (back in the day) I used a pro config file which lowers the graphics to as low as possible giving you excellent rego. It's a HUGE advantage having low graphics on a fast computer.

PC is better. My graphics are deliberately set to as low as possible because you get higher fps and rego. I always have a high ping so you can play a lot better with low graphics. If your any good you should play with low graphics. or if your new it's good to play with high graphics because it looks cool. Anyway PC is better than xbox because it's a more powerful card and RAM

well you don't land on their head because it's almost impossible. you have to keep jumping until you get up to where you want to go. as soon as you hit their head you jump again
