I used to not like Metalcore very much, except for a few songs, but I think that you just have to grow into it. It's different than other Metal music, but that doesn't have to mean that it's bad, so I've been listening to a few bands and I begin to like it. I'll keep on listening to more traditional Metal music, but I'll add a few Metalcore bands to my playlist.

@clottoyup no this band is good yes. its definitely one of the best. but there is nothing brutal about a metalcore band. you want to know brutal? look up two guys one hammer video that's brutal. dont call music brutal there's no physically possible way a song could appear brutal. it can SOUND heavy, bad ass, or cool, but definitely not brutal, that's a word that emowannabebadasses (<<yes that is now a word) use because their vocabulary is weak and they think brutal sounds cool to say.

But if this case was to be enforced, which it isn't, then we would'nt even be allowed to call this music heavy metal. Beacause it sounds nothing like the physical objects classed as heavy metal. Metal is renouned for sounding angry, and brutality is affiliated with anger. so i have to disagree. Calling music brutal makes as much sence as calling music pop, rock, heavy, thrash and blues.
